For PopCorners’ Super Bowl 2023 ad, “Breaking Bad” stars Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston reunite.
The baked goods company has unveiled a teaser for the Big Game commercial, which shows Paul relaxing in a lawn chair and eating on White Cheddar popped corn chips while taking in a desert sunset. He responds to his phone’s ring by saying, “Yo, what’s up?” The brief clip concludes with an empty chair and the iconic RV where Cranston’s character Walter White and Paul’s character Jesse Pinkman concocted plans over the course of the show’s five seasons.
A picture of Cranston, 66, carrying a bag of PopCorners White Cheddar popped corn chips and wearing his pork pie “Heisenberg” hat was shared on his Instagram page.
The brand’s chips are created with actual corn, are popped, non-GMO, have no trans fat, and are cholesterol-free. They are marketed as “the crunchy and healthful popped-corn snack.”
