The unlikely gym duo of John Cena and Jimmy Fallon have a personal training session that goes awry in the form of a kettlebell flying through the gym window. As they drink their post-workout Michelob ULTRAs and Fallon expresses hatred for exercising, Cena urges him to look at the lighter side of things. Subsequently, Fallon is inspired by iconic athletes like Usain Bolt and Brooke Sweat as he tries his hand at their respective sports, accompanied by live music from his Tonight Show band, The Roots. After Jimmy successfully tackles a football pop-up dummy, Cena becomes so proud that he says he could squat Fallon. This time, their post-workout Michelob outing is considerably happier.
